New Spring Outfits II My Opinions

The new outfits are out! The ''Heartva'' and the ''FlowerVa'' outfits are adorable. But one thing I saw from someone's picture is that they are NONTRANSFERABLE. Seriously, I thought we could trade it to friends.. But guess not.
